Under no circumstances will they divulge information related to a client, be it of a personal or of a corporate nature.

Practical steps will be taken to protect all information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

All documentation and information provided by the client in the course of business will be kept only as long as is necessary to complete the assignment, and will be disposed of safely and responsibly.

Any subcontractor used by Ask Max to carry out work on behalf of The Client will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement and thereby submit to similar undertakings.
